Walk into the door at Venus Hair and you find a piece of Heights History. Owner Susan Venus purchased the shop in 1978,it was owned and operated by Bill Vaughn as19th Avenue Barber Shop for 50 years.Venus Hair attracts tour groups and Media attentionI(including an article in Vogue Magazine) with it's collections of masks and dolls and an array of mannequins sporting the proverbial big hair.
