Our restaurant has been family owned and operated since 1918. Monte's Trattoria is just up the block from our other restaurant Villa Mosconi. Our restaurant features an assortment of the most delicious Italian cuisine around, prepared fresh daily by our chef and owner Pietro Mosconi. Within our restaurant you'll find a friendly cozy atmosphere. Our waiters and bartenders, whom you'll know by name, are always affable and ready to please. Dine as a couple for a romantic dinner or as a large group while you take in the sites, sounds and tastes of Greenwich Village. Taste any of our superb homemade pasta and seafood specialties while you sip on a great cocktail from our bar.
