Umami Moto incorporates some of the classics, including a wide selection of sushi and both beef and seafood entrees, but elevates them to an exquisite level that can only be reached through the finest quality ingredients and masterful culinary arts. Our seafood is hand-selected and only the most superb one-plus Ahi Tuna is delivered to us, no more than twenty-four hours after it's caught in Hawaii's waters. Our specialty organic produce, foie gras and truffles come from select farms across the country.
