I always wanted to own a business, so Marathon Real Estate is a dream come true. And closing 50+ transactions annually, I truly understand the Austin real estate scene. My passion for real estate began in 2003, when I purchased my first homestead, fixed it up, and sold it two years later for over a $60K tax-free profit. I have "flipped" homes, served as a General Contractor, and am a landlord.
