La Zarza resto-lounge, a lively, sophisticated restaurant, opened in February 2008 in New York's perennially hip East Village. A destination that intertwines indigenous Argentinean and Spanish cuisine and culture on the multifaceted menu, which features flavors, ingredients and techniques from both cultures. The harmonious combination of cultures is housed in a candle-lit, rustic space with chocolate brown walls, and Spanish inspired decor.
