Enjoy Ristorante Cavour, Hotel Granduca's first signature restaurant, under the direction of Executive Chef David Denis who is also the chef and owner of the highly-acclaimed French restaurant Le Mistral in Houston. Ristorante Cavour offers unique Northern Italian cuisine with a French accent. In keeping with the old-world Tuscan feel, the space is small and intimate with warm colors, flickering candlelight and antique paintings gracing the walls. "Ristorante Cavour offers the best of Northern Italian cuisine with a heavy Provencal influence," says Denis. "The intimate setting features a specially created menu which changes often, exciting the palate of the sophisticated guest with each visit to Cavour."
