Executive Chef Christine Banta of Cafe La Boheme in West Hollywood draws upon French and Japanese influences to enhance her American bistro fare at this seductive eatery. Indulgent favorites include a velvety yellow fin tuna tataki and creamy butterscotch pudding. The Chef has also added some playful tapas selections for those who prefer to share; think Chick Pea Fries, and Braised Wagyu Beef Bolognese. The dining room, with its private booths, gorgeous crystal chandeliers and rich velvet curtains, make it one of the most romantic spots in the city.
