The Only Burger Joint on the Dallas Morning News' Top 100 Restaurants! Years of business plans and earning and raising money culminated in the realization of our dream: A "real burger joint". Three chefs sick of eating frozen and factory-fabricated burgers decided to quit their jobs to open a real burger joint and make everything from scratch. Hand-rolled meat patties, fresh-cut, twisted fries and homemade ice cream all made with taste and the highest quality in mind. There are plenty of things to choose from. Try the fried goat cheese and chicken salad or the spicy black bean burger. You are invited to take part in our dream. Three culinary degrees, one wine degree and 19 years of experience come together for one heck of a burger.
