The Chelsea Foot & Ankle Center was established in October 2004, as the third office of City Footcare. The Chelsea Center offers experienced and compassionate care in treating the entire spectrum of foot and ankle medicine from simple complaints to advanced, complicated foot reconstruction and limb salvage. Dr. Ciment and the staff are actively involved in continuing educational programs, foot care conferences and hospital medical staff educational programs. This keeps us current on new podiatry procedures and technology to provide our patients with the highest quality foot care services. Sharing office space on 19th Street with Dr. Bisher Akil of NYMD, we are located at one of the largest HIV medical care practices in New York City. Accordingly, Dr. Ciment and the staff are very experienced in treating HIV-related foot issues and have emerged as leaders in this area of podiatry.
