Pate visited various spas to get the feel of other locations, an extra sensory perception which provides a comfort zone allowing you to enjoy the surroundings. Andante Day Spa is where her version of the American dream begins. If you seek individual care, fantastic service, mood food for the day and quite possibly a hug from the owner or other staff member, then Andante Day Spa is for you. A full service spa experience is provided. Therapies and services that will take care of your needs from head to toe include massages, manicures and pedicures, skin treatments and body treatments. Andante Day Spa's name comes from music's written path to slower movement; it provides Nashville a location to sit, enjoy and partake of their unique spa experience.

Tips

Massages

A variety of massages are available, including the LA Stone Therapy. Similar to a hot stone massage, this service places warm stones on pressure points while a therapist massages other areas with another stone.

Pedicures

The Mud Pedicure offers the basic shaping and cuticle work as well as a thermal chocolate mint mud treatment.

Spa Package

Take a unique lunch break by heading to their "Lunch Hour Retreat," where you'll receive a 30-minute facial and a 30-minute massage.
